  2. Scope of Services

    Venix Concierge provides premium mobility and concierge services, including but not limited to:
    • Chauffeur-driven services (Velveteen Ride)
    • Airport transfers and hourly services
    • Self-drive vehicle rental (Signature Drive)
    • Event, wedding, and VIP transport
    • Security and armored vehicle services
    • Concierge and lifestyle services
    The detailed scope, duration, and pricing of each service are defined individually during the booking process.

  3. Prices

    • All prices are displayed in Polish Zloty (PLN) unless stated otherwise.
    • Prices may include VAT where applicable.
    • The final price is confirmed before payment and depends on the selected service, vehicle, duration, and additional options.
    • Venix Concierge reserves the right to change prices; however, confirmed bookings are not affected.

  4. Payment Methods

    Payments may be made using the following methods:
    • Przelewy24
    • Bank transfer
    • Other methods agreed individually (e.g. card, corporate invoicing)
    For certain services, a partial or full prepayment may be required to confirm the booking.

  5. Delivery of Services

    • Services are delivered at the date, time, and location agreed during booking.
    • Airport transfers include waiting times as specified in the service description.
    • Services are primarily provided within Warsaw, unless otherwise agreed.
    • Delays caused by force majeure (weather, traffic incidents, flight delays) do not constitute improper service performance.

  6. Complaints (Reklamacje)

    • The customer has the right to submit a complaint regarding the service.
    • Complaints should be submitted by email to info@venixconcierge.com within 14 days from the date of service.
    • The complaint should include:
    o Customer name
    o Service date
    o Description of the issue
    • Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days of receipt.

  7. Right of Withdrawal

    In accordance with Polish law:
    • The right of withdrawal does not apply to services provided on a specific date or time (Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act).
    • If a service has not yet been performed and is not time-specific, withdrawal terms may be agreed individually.
    Cancellation policies for specific services are provided during booking.

  8. Liability

    • Venix Concierge is not liable for delays or service limitations caused by circumstances beyond its control.
    • The company is not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles.
    • The customer is responsible for any damages caused intentionally or through negligence.

  9. Data Protection

    Personal data is processed in accordance with:
    • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)
    • The Venix Concierge Privacy Policy
    Data is used solely for service delivery, billing, and customer communication.

  10. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.
    Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Warsaw, Poland.

  11. Final Provisions

    • By making a booking and completing payment, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
    • Venix Concierge reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
